Ministry and life have occupational hazards and blessings. There are avoidable and unavoidable events associated with all job descriptions. But when we discover the reasons for our existence and callings, then the many challenges are put in proper perspective. Paul experienced a John Mark, Demas and Barnabas events. Revelation reveals to him the reasons for these and other challenges are “fruit of his labor (Phil 1:22).” Once we discover our “why” then the “what, where, and when “ can be put in proper perspective.
